The Malleefowl is listed nationally as Vulnerable and for every threatened species in Australia (listed in the EPBC Act) there is a Recovery Plan.

The National Malleefowl Recovery Team has members representing a wide range of interests including farmers, scientists, community groups and government agencies. There are members from ACT, New South Wales, South Australia, Victoria and Western Australia.

Along with this we have a core team of staff located throughout Australia who work to ensure a nationally consistent approach to malleefowl monitoring, by delivering training, coordinating data collection and maintaining the national database.

All purchases here will hekp fund further conservation work and increase protection of the Malleefowl.
